All Et Toi Paris products are handmade, and orders require 2–5 working days to process before dispatch. Orders are shipped from our Paris or Shanghai showroom, depending on product availability and destination. We mainly use postal services and YunExpress. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information when available. We offer free standard shipping on orders over €50 to most destinations. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs and local carrier conditions.

Duties & Taxes

For most destinations, applicable duties and taxes are included in the amount paid to Et Toi Paris, so additional customs charges should not normally apply. In exceptional cases, local customs authorities or carriers may impose additional charges outside our control. These are the responsibility of the recipient, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Returns Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied. For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or refund, except where faulty, incorrectly supplied or where applicable law requires otherwise.
